Can I return something I bought online?
Yes, if the shoes do not fit, send them back and we will exchange them free of charge for the size you need.
If you are not satisfied, any items may be returned within two weeks of the date posted on your original receipt. After two weeks we may allow exchanges or issue store credits only.
All products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original boxes, along with the original sales receipt. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Giraudon New York. All Merchandise must be returned to the address shown on the top of your receipt.
