Which method of payment do you accept? Giraudon New York accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Credit Cards for online and phone purchases.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Customers living in U.S. should receive orders within 5 to 7 business days. We DO NOT ship nor deliver on holidays or weekends.
I don¹t live in USA, can I order online?
Yes, you can order online. Shipping charges will depend on the country. We will contact you with the shipping charges. Please don¹t forget to give us your email address and phone number. You may be required to pay customs duties and taxes when you receive the order.
Do you ship to military address or P.O. Boxes? No we do not ship to PO boxes or Military addresses at this time. All packages are shipped via UPS - signature required.
How will I know if my order has been accepted?
You will receive an order confirmation via email if your order has been accepted.
How much do I have to pay to receive my order?

I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?
Yes, we do issue price adjustments, however your order must have been placed no more than 7 days before the price change was made. Please sales receipt ready and contact our Customer Service Department to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment.
